As an Account Development Representative, you will explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.Create, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholders.Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.Champion company’s success stories and share with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain points.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales team.Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn with the power of the brand behind you.Achieve established sales goals and objectives.Present product value to potential clients.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.Create lasting and beneficial relationships with stakeholders.The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch Language, C1 level or Higher.Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Min 6-12 months of outbound Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline.Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.Track record of achieving sales quotas.Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.Interpersonal Skills
