Digital Account Manager – Norwegian Speaker

Responsibilities You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments. You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft, to achieve revenue targets. You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue them through the lifecycle, driving adoption and cross-sell / upsell to new opportunities. You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using this knowledge to engage with customers and internal teams. You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise. You develop relationships across an extended team and embrace partners to scale the business; ensure sales consumption and adoption goals are met. Qualifications Fluency in English and Norwegian / Swedish is essential. Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth. OR Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work / internship experience with year-over-year growth.
