Competence Requirements Third-level qualification in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential. 24 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service. Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
