Responsibilities
- Handling requests coming from different communication channels
- Providing support to different internal stakeholders relating to sales activities
- Managing possible complaints by finding suitable solutions
- Handling outstanding requests turning them into profitable contracts
- Interaction with partners and customers in case of missing documents to promote the finalisation of the contract
- Managing activities of the sales process according to the area of responsibility
- Support in the optimisation of processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Professional experience in an Internal Sales department or Sales Support role.Prior experience in managing customer complaints and providing suitable solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and assertively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support other team members.What we offer
