We're expanding our Fast Track Telesales Division and are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative with a proven background in outbound sales to help grow our equipment sales pipeline and customer base.

    Overview

    This is a proactive sales role where you’ll engage directly with customers — primarily by phone and video — to drive sales of standalone and like-for-like replacement equipment. You’ll also follow up on warm leads generated through various channels across the business, helping to close opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.

    Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound sales : Manage customer contact via calls, emails, and online channels to drive revenue.
  • Close equipment sales : Follow up on sales leads, guide customers through the purchase process, and close deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell : Maximise value with each interaction using our portfolio of value-added products and services (e.g. service contracts).
  • Build customer confidence : Deliver post-installation support and ensure customers understand equipment functionality.
  • CRM management : Log interactions, manage cases, and keep customer records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the field team : Partner with external reps to win and grow key accounts.
  • Market insight : Keep tabs on competitors and develop your knowledge to better position the business unique selling point
  • Key Skills

  • Ø Proven outbound sales experience with a successful track record
  • Ø Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Ø Confident presenting over video conferencing and phone
  • Ø Organised, goal-driven, and results-focused
  • Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ø High energy, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Ø Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ø A strong sense of ownership and follow-through
