Strategic Sales Operations Management

Develop and implement best practices to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Design sales processes, workflows, and automation strategies to enhance productivity.

Provide both operational and strategic support to enable leaders to successfully execute on business objectives

Collaborate within the organization to develop and manage the overall budget and forecast

Manage the centralized reporting that will be used to facilitate our pipeline / forecast calls and management reporting.

Work directly with Sales Leaders to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results with periodic metrics / KPI reporting and insights

Identify pain points within the organization and work with key stakeholders to solve and improve the overall environment; drive improvement in productivity by simplifying processes and optimizing use of available tools.

Drive continuous improvements in forecasting, pipeline management, and quota planning.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

Provide insights using data analysis to drive sales strategies and revenue growth.

Establish and maintain reporting systems to track key performance indicators.

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Identify trends and opportunities that contribute to growth and profitability.

Revenue & Business Planning

Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop annual sales planning frameworks.

Optimize incentive structures and compensation plans for sales teams.

Monitor revenue performance and recommend strategies for improving margins.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools.

Proven ability to develop strategic sales processes and manage complex projects.

Exceptional communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with executives.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment.

Ability to drive operational transformation through automation and technology.

Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial modeling.
