The Ideal Chef for us : Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, with a proven track record of excellence in the hospitality industry Exceptional culinary skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delectable dishes Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team of talented chefs Excellent time management and multitasking skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Can legally work in Ireland on a fulltime basis What can we offer?
