We're currently recruiting Relief Chefs to work across a variety of exciting event and hospitality venues in Dublin. Whether you're looking to pick up extra shifts, broaden your experience, or enjoy the flexibility of working when it suits you - this is a fantastic opportunity to step into some of the city's most dynamic kitchens. What's on Offer : Competitive Hourly Rates Weekly Pay Flexible Hours - Choose when and where you work Gain valuable experience across top venues and events Key Responsibilities : Support kitchen teams during events and busy service times Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Assist with food prep, stock control, and smooth service delivery Follow menus and specifications to ensure consistent results Communicate effectively with BOH and FOH teams Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments Always follow food safety and HACCP protocols Take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidates Will Have : 1-2 years' experience in a professional or catering kitchen Food Safety Level 2 or a chef qualification A strong passion for food and service Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform under pressure Solid understanding of food hygiene practices Allergen awareness and experience (a plus) A customer-focused, flexible, and organised mindset Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement A self-motivated, can-do attitude Skills : Chef Sous Chef CDP Head Chef HACCP
