You will be a trusted advisor to GPs across this territory and provide them with a value add service to their patients. About Your New Job Manage and grow a defined geographic territory through strong, trusted relationships with GPs and practice teams. Work with Marketing and consultants to deliver targeted GP education initiatives, study days, and learning opportunities. Engage with GPs on feedback on referral processes, service quality, and patient experience, acting as a voice of the customer within the organization. Collaborate with the wider internal group to improve the service offering and keep your clients engaged and happy. Embrace Microsoft Dynamics and other digital tools, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights to refine territory strategy. Prepare and deliver regular reporting on activity, opportunities, and outcomes to management. Promote a culture of excellence, customer centricity, and continuous improvement in how the group supports its GP network. What Skills You Need 3+ yearsexperience in a GP field sales or GP engagement role within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics. Familiarity with the North Leinster GP landscape is highly valued and strongly desirable.
