An established and reputable automotive dealership in West Dublin is seeking a Sales Executive to join its successful team. Specialising in commercial vans as well as cars, parts, and accessories, this company offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. What you'll bring : 2-3 years' proven sales experience in a target-driven environment. Motor industry experience is a strong advantage. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and drive your own daily sales activities. Fluent written and spoken English, with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in Ireland. A full, clean Irish driving licence. Flexibility to work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday. What you will do Welcome and engage customers, identifying their needs to provide the right solutions. Guide customers in selecting their new vehicle and accessories. Provide excellent support throughout the sales and handover process. Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standard. Maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects brand values. Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs. Stay up to date with product features, brand updates, and industry trends.
