Business Development Manager - Retail (West Region) We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong retail background to drive growth and support a dealer and licensee network across the Western Region.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Dealers, you will develop sales strategies, strengthen existing retail partnerships, and build new ones to maximise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities : Grow and manage retail accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
Identify and secure new retail partnerships within the region.
Support customers with product offerings and business needs.
Represent the business at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track progress.
Work towards targets on sales, margin, and operational standards.
