We're seeking a high-performing BDM who knows the Irish freight market inside out, with the confidence to win and grow export business across Road, Air, and Ocean freight.

The Role : Drive new export business across Road, Air, and Ocean freight Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing Unlock opportunities from your existing client network Work closely with leadership to shape and deliver growth strategy Represent the brand at trade shows, networking, and industry events Provide tailored solutions to SMEs, mid-market, and blue-chip customers The Person : 5+ years' proven track record in freight forwarding sales (exports ideal) Well-connected across the Irish logistics and freight market Commercially astute with strong negotiation and pricing skills Independent, self-motivated, and confident working in the field Driven by targets, commission, and the opportunity to leave your mark What's on Offer : Base salary €50,000 - €70,000 (DOE) Uncapped commission - 10% from €0 GP, no thresholds in year one Company car or allowance + pension + 25 days' holiday Flexibility with remote working and a full benefits package Global brand backing with a clear growth plan for Ireland Long-term career opportunities as the team expands This is more than just another sales role- it's your chance to be part of a major growth story from day one.
