Responsibilities : Develop new business opportunities and manage a small portfolio of existing accounts.
Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with retail clients, architects, and designers.
Promote and sell premium shopfitting solutions tailored to client needs and brand identity.
Provide expert technical advice on materials and design, ensuring client requirements are met.
Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience : 10+ years sales / business development experience in retail shopfitting or store fixturing.
Strong network within the retail and design sector.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and present tailored solutions.
Knowledge of materials (wood, metal, glass, lighting) and technical measurements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills.
Design background an advantage.
Essentials : Full driving licence.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with flexibility.
Willingness to travel domestically and work flexible hours.
