We are seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth and strategic relationships. This independent role suits a self-starter with commercial acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across health, wellness, performance, and education sectors. Build and maintain relationships with professional associations, accreditation bodies, and industry partners. Represent the organisation at trade fairs, conferences, and events to expand visibility and networks. Secure endorsements, partnerships, and accreditations that drive growth and credibility. Deliver consistent revenue growth through targeted sales strategies. Develop scalable, long-term partnerships that support international expansion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align commercial activities with brand vision. Key Requirements 4+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within health, wellness, education, or related sectors. Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value relationships. Experience working with accreditation processes and professional associations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment. Role headquartered in Galway, Ireland (flexible within Ireland with travel as required).
