The Role

As an Experienced Spray Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles / parts to the highest standard. You will play a key role in ensuring every job leaves our workshop with a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paints to achieve accurate colour finishes.
• Apply basecoats, topcoats, lacquers, and special finishes using spray guns and related equipment.
• Work with precision to deliver smooth, even, high-quality results.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
