The Role As an Experienced Spray Painter, youll be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles / parts to the highest standard. You will play a key role in ensuring every job leaves our workshop with a flawless finish. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming. Mix and match paints to achieve accurate colour finishes. Apply basecoats, topcoats, lacquers, and special finishes using spray guns and related equipment. Work with precision to deliver smooth, even, high-quality results. Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a spray painter in automotive, industrial, or custom paintwork. Strong eye for detail and colour matching. Skilled in prepping, refinishing, and polishing techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, PPE, and safe use of spray equipment.
