This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to take ownership of the breakfast service and deliver exceptional standards to our guests. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to consistently excellent standards. Ensure efficient service and smooth kitchen operations during breakfast hours. Maintain the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation. Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to support overall F&B operations. Requirements : Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment. A passion for fresh, high-quality food and a strong eye for detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures. A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
