Prepare and apply paint, powder coating, and lacquering finishes. Use specialist tools, machinery, and repair techniques with precision. Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards. What Were Looking For Proven experience in alloy wheel repair, refurbishment, or a related automotive refinishing trade. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Knowledge of different finishes (diamond cut, painted, polished, powder-coated). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
