Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen's transition to a fully organic state by implementing a regenerative model.

Put Irish produce in front of guests as a collaborative effort with the Head Gardener.

Provide leadership for a kitchen that serves high-end events and contributes to the development of a destination restaurant business.

Requirements

Experience with large events and catering is valued, but not crucial, as the business has strong systems in place.

Experience with seasonal produce and menu development.

A love of food and a positive attitude toward working as part of a team with a focus on customer service.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments (e.g., with the Head Gardener) and contribute to sustainable practices.
