What Youll Do : Lead and motivate kitchen staff during busy service Oversee prep, quality control and plating standards Decide on seasonal menus and daily specials Uphold hygiene, safety and consistency at all times Deputise for Executive Chef in their absence What You Bring : 3+ years experience in a senior kitchen role Solid knowledgeable in cost control, kitchen operations and food trends Positive leadership style, genuine ethos of team spirit Ability to remain cool under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced, professional kitchen Passion for food!
