Key Account Administrator

Main Responsibilities : Act as the main contact for logistics customers Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and record stock movement Communicate with customers about stock levels Help sort and organize incoming stock Support the smooth and safe running of the warehouse Assist with tasks that improve operations and service Take part in planning, goal setting, and team meetings Attend and complete any required training Follow all health and safety rules Build good relationships with customers and aim to exceed their expectations Ideal Candidate : Strong spoken and written communication Great attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines Experience with stock planning, shipping, and inventory systems Skilled at scheduling shipments and deliveries Good problem-solving and teamworking skills Flexible to work weekends or overtime if needed Understands health and safety in a warehouse setting Confident with warehouse tasks and reporting (e.g. inventory levels, shipping, goods in) Comfortable using Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of customs procedures Whats on Offer : Career progression and training opportunities 25 days holiday Company pension and bonus scheme Long service awards Wellbeing support Competitive pay INDWH Skills : Stock Planning Customer Service Inventory Systems
