Accounts Assistant

Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working in partnership with this leading Lisburn based Group to hire an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance function during a period of exciting growth. This role will be suited to an Accounts Assistant / Accounts technician keen to develop themselves in a commercial setting, reporting to a divisional FC. Opportunities for continued professional development including study support will be available to the successful candidate. Typical duties : Ensure all new customer accounts are set up properly according to Company guidelines. Conduct credit checks for new customers Make calls to customers and liaise with field sales team to ensure all outstanding payments are made within the agreed credit terms. Liaise with management and the sales team on all overdue payments to decide what actions need to be taken with a view to maintaining the customer relationship at all times.
