Three Steps is now looking for a Business Administrator

Business Administrator - Three Steps (Navan, Co. Meath)

We're seeking a proactive Business Administrator to support our Director of Care / Service Manager. You'll coordinate meetings (agendas, minutes, actions), manage diaries / comms, keep records and compliance tight (HIQA / GDPR), schedule mandatory training, and deliver clear KPIs / dashboards that help our services run safely and effectively.

Business Administrator supporting the Director of Care / Service Manager at Three Steps (based in Navan, Co. Meath; occasional travel; some remote as needed).

Core focus : executive support, meeting governance (agendas / minutes / action logs), diary / email management, records & compliance (HIQA / GDPR), KPI reporting / dashboards, training coordination, and smooth office operations.

Core responsibilities (high-impact)

  • Own agendas / minutes / action tracking for internal / external meetings; manage bookings and executive diaries.
  • Produce KPI reports / dashboards; support audits; maintain inspection reports and registration certificates.
  • Coordinate mandatory training schedules to statutory timeframes; facilitate HIQA portal and HSE KPI / complaints returns.
  • Maintain records / archives to GDPR standards; handle phones, post, visitors; manage petty cash.
  • Draft docs / presentations and complete research for the Director of Care / Service Manager.

Must-haves

  • QQI Level 5 / 6 in Office / Business Admin (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft 365 mastery (Outlook / Teams; SharePoint sites & permissions).
  • Excel (intermediate / advanced : formulas, lookups, pivots); strong Word / PowerPoint.
  • Records management & FOI basics; 2+ years' relevant experience (healthcare a plus).
