We have a new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administratorto join our friendly and supportive Finance team based in Lisburn. In this role you will be : Processing supplier invoices, resolving supplier queries, and assisting with administration duties in the finance team. Ensuring all invoices are posted to the system in an accurate and timely manner. Keeping track of orders against pro-forma invoices. Ensuring all invoices have a valid PO number before passing for processing. Liaising with suppliers to obtain credit notes where necessary. Processing all cross-hire invoices and keeping a record of all entries processed. Completing supplier
