We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Client's warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

You will have the opportunity to lead from the front; building a motivated team, embedding a safety-first culture, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse and logistics activity.

This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for people, processes, and performance.

The Role Develop and deliver warehouse and logistics strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee goods-in / out, stock control, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and shipping.

Lead, mentor, and coach staff, setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and driving a positive culture.

Champion a safety-first approach, ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, and embedding safe practices daily.

Monitor KPIs (OTIF, cost per shipment, order accuracy, etc.), identify improvements, and implement lean processes.

Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments to deliver a joined-up service.

What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in WMS / ERP systems, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Proven ability to lead teams by example In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.

Commercial awareness with a focus on customer service, OTIF delivery, and cost control.
