We are seeking a creative, highly motivated and innovative Leasing and Disposals Manager to join our Property Team.
The Leasing and Disposals Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the process for filling our additional developed units with suitable tenants that complement our customers' requirements at our various store locations.
What you'll doInteracting with our regional teams to appraise suitable developed units and sites for end-users, negotiating with tenants and purchasers, legal contract negotiations, as well as managing the Board Approval and necessary planning permissionsManaging various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials on a regular basis to achieve targetsRent collection oversight with Accounts Department and the implementation of Property Management Agents ensuring proper Estate ManagementOversight of the management of tenant fitoutsWhat you'll needBachelor's Degree in a relevant field : Business, Property, Construction, EngineeringMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a business role with a proven track record of negotiation and a strong drive to succeedExperience in a Project Management role would be advantageousExcellent oral and written communication skillsFull driving licenceFlexibility regarding working location will be requiredWhat you'll receiveWe offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl
