Posted byDirectorWe are working with an international real estate firm that is now growing its European presence in Dublin. The first of multiple hires is a Head of Asset Management who will play a strategic role in scaling the real estate platform.
THE ROLE :
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance value and returns across a diverse property portfolio.
- Lead the repositioning, leasing, and operational improvement of assets to maximise ie and capital value.
- Oversee property management, leasing negotiations, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and strong tenant retention.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on asset performance.
- Conduct market analysis and due diligence to identify opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and development teams on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment projects.
