Office Manager Here at Osborne, we are currently hiring for an Office Manager for one of our clients, an international private equity firm, now expanding into Dublin. The Office Manager will play a key role in establishing and running the firms new Dublin office. Youll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, implementing efficient processes and supporting the senior leadership team as needed. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational and communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location : Citywest, Co. Dublin Salary : €45,000 €50,000 DOE + comprehensive benefits package Contract : Full-Time, Permanent Hours : 8 : 30am 6 : 00pm (flexibility to finish at 5pm) Benefits : Competitive salary (€45,000 €50,000 DOE) Health Insurance- Including medical, dental and vision coverage Pension contribution Life Insurance Up to 36 days annual leave Option to work public holidays and retain your annual leave day to use at a more convenient time Modern new office space Free daily breakfast, monthly team lunch & quarterly company events Career progression Key Responsibilities : Office Setup & Operations Lead the setup and day-to-day management of the Dublin office, including facilities, equipment, suppliers and vendor relationships. Implement effective systems, procedure, and policies to ensure smooth operations and strong alignment with the wider group. Manage office budgets, invoices and expenses in coordination with the Finance team. Act as the primary point of contact for Dublin, maintaining communication between local and international teams. Ensure the office meets health, safety and compliance standards at all times. Leadership & Operational Support Support the Head of Operations and senior leadership team with administrative and project-based initiatives. Coordinate travel, meetings and events, both locally and for visiting colleagues or clients. Liaise with IT, facilities and external partners to maintain seamless connectivity and business continuity. Oversee supplier management, contract renewals and local procurement processes. Assist in new business initiatives and operational planning for Irish-based projects. HR & People Support Assist the HR team to manage onboarding, induction and training for new hires. Maintain accurate HR and attendance records and assist with general employee coordination. Help foster a positive, engaging and inclusive culture within the Dublin office. Organise team meetings, internal communications and social initiatives to build collaboration. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with Irish employment, health & safety and data protection regulations. Maintain up-to-date records to support audits and inspections as needed. Liaise with Group Legal and Finance to ensure all local statutory requirements are met. Qualifications & Experience : 35+ years experience in Office Management, Operations or similar roles (within a professional services or corporate environment is advantageous). Excellent organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities. Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook). Enthusiastic, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment. Experience setting up or managing a new office is advantageous.
