Legal Secretary - Property

I'm currently working on a Legal Secretary opportunity supporting a busy property team within a commercial firm.

This is a full-time, permanent position for a professional who wants to remain in a legal support role long-term.

Responsibilities :

Audio typing and document preparation

Drafting, amending, and filing legal documents

Submitting applications to the Land Registry

Filing Stamp Duty returns via ROS

General administrative and client support

Requirements :

2+ years' experience in a legal secretary role (property focus)

Not pursuing FE1 exams

Excellent dictation and IT skills

Familiarity with Land Direct and ROS systems

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced team
