Senior Legal Secretary - PA support to Managing Partner (Law Firm) Dublin City Centre €50k A leading Law Firm are currently hiring a highly skilled Secretary to provide PA support the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Medical / Legal Secretary with a strong understanding of medical negligence and the associated terminology. It is essential that you have excellent Microsoft skills, with a minimum of 75 wpm. Discretion, efficiency, and professionalism are key to this pivotal role. Duties will include : Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs for medical negligence cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Provide proactive support to the Managing Partner, including effective communication and resolution of day-to-day operational issues. Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and organisation. Handle client enquiries in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner, maintaining high standards of client service. Maintain accurate and secure file management systems, ensuring the safe handling of confidential information. Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
