Responsibilities

Legal Secretary role : Document preparation, drafting and amending; liaising with clients and managing correspondence; registering deeds, managing applications to the Land Registry and Stamp Duty returns; general secretarial administration.

Conveyancing responsibilities : Overseeing transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and investment properties; facilitating financing arrangements for property transactions and developments; advising on property investment and joint venture arrangements; managing commercial leasing and landlord / tenant matters; advising on private residential tenancy agreements.

Structured Finance responsibilities : Advising on securitisation of portfolios; supporting international banks and financial institutions; advising on CLO transactions; providing structuring solutions for private equity and institutional credit; regulatory matters.

Employment, governance and regulatory : Broad coverage across Ireland, the EU and Europe, in an interim capacity (3-6 months).

Qualifications

Legal Secretary with experience supporting across property law (advanced MS Office skills; high attention to detail; strong communication and organisational skills).

Conveyancing solicitor with 0–2 PQE and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work both in teams and independently; proactive problem-solving mindset.

Construction solicitor with 0–1 PQE; Irish-qualified; strong technical skills and client-facing abilities.

Structured Finance solicitor (NQ to 1 year PQE) with experience in structured finance, securitisation, CLOs; excellent interpersonal skills.

Commercial / Solicitor candidates with 3+ years PQE for commercial matters and client leadership; strong drafting and governance experience.

Administrative and in-house counsel roles requiring organization, reliability, and discretion.
