The Role The Corporate Legal Secretary position is a pivotal role within the organisation, providing high-level administrative and executive support. You'll be working directly into with senior legal professionals, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the firm's success. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring dedication and attention to detail. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior legal professionals. Act as a Personal Assistant to a key executive, managing schedules and correspondence. Assist with document preparation, including dictation and formatting. Maintain organisation and efficiency within the firm's corporate legal processes. Contribute to a positive and progressive workplace culture. The Person The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a background in legal administration. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence. Essential : Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in key office software and legal systems. Desirable : Experience in corporate legal settings. Familiarity with dictation software and processes.
