Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

We are Kids Inc. We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services. With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we're one of the most established organizations operating geographically all over Ireland. Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy. With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 "Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.

About the Role

As our  Recruitment Coordinator , you'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding the talent that powers our mission. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle across multiple roles for our afterschool centres
• Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Advertise positions across platforms and track responses
• Conduct and coordinate screening Interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting into our ATS and HR systems
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Collect and update required documentation according to Tusla guidelines for all hires
