Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist Dublin Until December 2025 Initially potential to extend One of our large Utility / energy clients is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team This interesting role is an opportunity to join the Energy HR team to undertake people resourcing for our Services Transformation project, supporting managers to make excellent people decisions. Reporting to the HR manager, youll be part of a small Irish HR team with connections into a group HR function. This role will suit you if youre passionate about building relationships and enjoy recruiting in a fast-paced and evolving environment. About the Role Actively managing the end-to-end recruitment for all roles on our Services Transformation project Responsibility for initial job analysis, developing candidate pipelines for critical roles, social media sourcing, shortlisting, competency-based selection methods and candidate closure across varied job levels and disciplines Partner with HR teams including HR project consultant, resourcing operations team, reward partner and hiring managers to ensure a seamless end to end recruitment process which is efficient, effective and supportive of the business needs Search for and build diverse candidate pipeline and cultivate positive relationships with active and passive candidates Sourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools / techniques as needed Create and foster relationships with various professional organizations to attract and recruit niche candidates Involvement in developing sourcing strategies to develop effective pipeline of key talent Conduct interviews at all role levels, assisting managers with candidate evaluation Communicate progress of the recruitment process to managers and candidates as appropriate, ensuring a positive experience for both and positive positioning of the Energy brand Manage job offers and close recruitment processes effectively, working with Reward and HR colleagues as required Measure effectiveness of recruitment and propose improvements to current practice About You Experience of full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house) Demonstrated ability to recruit for hard-to-fill or niche positions Focus on quality and creating outstanding candidate experience Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases Effective communicator with ability to liaise effectively and professionally with hiring managers and candidates Strong organisational skills with keen eye for detail Adaptable and comfortable in the face of shifting priorities and rapid change Experience with Workday Recruiter is an advantage Please apply with your most recent CV Skills : Recruitment perm recruiter Excellent communication skills Proactive
