Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened the doors to 30 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy)

Our mission? To share with our customers 100% homemade, authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with big smiles!

?? And now, we're bringing the dolce vita to Ireland with our very first opening in Dublin get ready for good vibes, great food, and an incredible new adventure!

Join our amazing team as Commis Chef in Cold Section!

YOUR MISSION :

You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!

You will be working in the kitchen preparing our cold dishes, antipasti and insalate!

You will follow the recipes and directions from the kitchen management

You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.

You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

You will embody Big Mamma values : have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.

YOUR SKILLS :

Big Smile and passion for Italian food!

Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Previous experience working in the kitchen

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

OUR OFFER :

Permanent, full-time position

15 per hour

5 days working week with 2 days off
