Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
• Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times
• Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and stock management
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discipline in the kitchen
