Job Title : Tax Partner Private Client / Tax Advisory Location : Multiple offices across Ireland candidates from all regions welcome Overview : Our client, a leading Irish professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Partner or Tax Director ready to take the next step to join their expanding Private Client and Tax Advisory team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the growth of the firms private client offering, provide strategic tax advice, and build strong relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will be client-facing, highly motivated, and possess broad technical tax expertise, with experience across private client, corporate, or international taxation.

Key Responsibilities : As a Tax Partner in Private Client / Tax Advisory, your typical duties will include : Client Advisory & Relationship Management Act as the senior point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.

Provide strategic tax advice across personal and corporate tax matters.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding client needs and business objectives.

Private Client Tax Services Advise on inheritance planning, capital acquisitions tax (CAT), capital gains tax (CGT), income tax, trusts, and estate planning.

Structuring tax-efficient solutions for clients, including cross-border and international considerations.

Ensure compliance with all tax filing and reporting obligations for private clients.

Corporate / Advisory Work Provide guidance on corporate tax planning, restructuring, M&A, and financing arrangements.

Identify opportunities to deliver tax efficiencies for corporate or high-net-worth clients.

Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

Delegate and oversee work to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with professional standards.

Business Development & Market Expansion Drive growth of the private client section in line with strategic expansion goals.

Contribute to marketing, thought leadership, and client acquisition initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all client engagements comply with current legislation, firm policies, and professional standards.

Maintain awareness of developments in Irish and international tax law to provide informed advice.

Candidate Requirements : Fully qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or equivalent.

Experienced Tax Partner or Tax Director ready for the next step with proven client-facing expertise.

Broad tax advisory experience across private client, corporate, or international tax.

Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex engagements, and delivering exceptional client service.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to work across multiple offices as required.
