Job Title : Tax Partner Private Client Advisory Location : Flexible, based across Ireland (hybrid working available) Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent About the Firm My client is a highly respected Irish professional services firm with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality tax and advisory services to a diverse client base. As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking an ambitious Tax Partner to join their leadership team, with a focus on Private Client Advisory. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity for either : An experienced Director ready to step up into a Partner role, or An existing Partner seeking a new challenge. The position will be almost exclusively advisory-focused with minimal compliance work, supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs on complex tax matters. While experience in private client advisory is ideal, candidates with broad tax advisory backgrounds who are open to specialising in this space are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex advisory projects across private client tax. Provide high-quality, strategic tax planning and structuring solutions. Grow and maintain long-term client relationships across Ireland. Play a central role in business development and the expansion of the tax practice. Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the wider team. Candidate Profile CTA qualified (dual qualification such as ACA / ACCA / solicitor is advantageous). Significant experience in tax advisory, with private client or general advisory exposure. Proven track record of building and managing client relationships. Commercially astute with leadership capabilities. Ambitious and motivated to progress in a Partner-level role.
