A boutique tax advisory firm in Dublin is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Partner to spearhead and grow our Global Mobility and Employment Tax practice.

About the Role As Global Mobility Tax Partner, you will be responsible for : Leading the Practice : Taking ownership of the global mobility / expat tax service line and shaping its strategic direction.

Advising Clients : Delivering expert advice to multinational organisations and senior executives on tax, social security, and cross-border compliance matters.

Driving Growth : Developing new business opportunities, nurturing your network, and representing the firm in the marketplace.

Building Teams : Mentoring, developing, and leading a talented team of professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Strategic Influence : Working closely with the partnership group to set the future direction of the firm and contribute to broader business growth.

What Were Looking For We want to speak with senior professionals who are ready to step into a leadership role and drive real change.

Youll bring : Extensive experience in Global Mobility, Employment Tax, or Expatriate Tax Advisory (ideally from a Big 4, Top 10, or specialist firm).

Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and the confidence to win new business.

Leadership skills with a collaborative approach someone who inspires others and builds high-performing teams.
