Our client is a well-established and respected firm of Accountants and Tax Advisors based in Dublin South / Central.

The firm has a vibrant client base across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, tech, retail, and not-for-profit.

To facilitate continued growth and ensure top-tier client service, they are seeking a

Tax Director

to join their team.

The Role

Responsibilities of the position include :

Oversight and management of the tax team (circa 5 people)

Leading both compliance and advisory work

Managing and growing a busy client portfolio of corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNWs)

About You

The Skills

To be successful in this role, you will likely have the following skills :

CTA Qualified

, with significant experience (7+ years) in tax

Expertise across a variety of tax heads (corporation tax and income tax are core)

Proven experience in small team / people management

Experience in either a large or small firm environment will be considered

Strong exposure to both corporate and personal tax clients

The Person

A motivated, commercially minded professional who enjoys client interaction

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach

Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and building long-term client relationships
