Saturday Receptionist Bolands CVRT Centre are now recruiting for Saturday Receptionist to join our team at our premises in Ardcavan. The CVRT Centre are a customer centric showroom and require a "hands on" frontofhouse professional to ensure that remains the case as our business continues to grow. This role may suit a college student who is currently studying. Key Responsibilities : Taking Customer Appointments over the phone. Checking Customers in for their appointment Checking of registration numbers and drivers licence's. Taking Payments for tests Issuing of Invoices / Receipts to customers Booking customers onto RSA System Key Requirements : Previous experience in a retail / customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good Computer Skills Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail. Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.
