Responsibilities

What you'll do : Coordinate and lead

pre-qualification and tender submissions across a range of sectors in Ireland East

Manage the

bid / no-bid process

, ensuring compliance with Sisk's bid governance and internal procedures

Develop compelling content including project references, CVs, and sector-specific responses

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present Sisk's value proposition clearly and competitively

Support the ongoing development of our bid content library and visual assets

Handle submission platforms, tender queries, and post-bid data entry

Experience

What you bring :

5+ years' experience in bid / proposal coordination in construction, engineering, or a related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) InDesign and Creative Cloud experience (an advantage) Excellent writing, organisational, and time management skills A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

What you'll have :

Completed a relevant third-level qualification such as : – Business Administration, Marketing, or Project Management– Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering– Communications, Journalism, English, or Technical Writing– Graphic Design or Visual Communication (advantageous, especially for bids using InDesign)
