Job description Redmond Property Maintenance are currently seeking fully qualified RGI registered plumbers to join our existing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a team player and will be reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager Main Duties & Responsibilities : - Carry out repairs, installations, maintenance and safety inspections of domestic heating systems & appliances, drainage and water supplies, Comply with company procedures and relevant health & safety statutory requirements at all times. Maintain company issued equipment and materials in a clean, serviceable and safe manner. Knowledge, skills & abilities : - Good fault finding ability. Excellent understanding of general plumbing & heating systems. Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Full Driving licence required as company van will be provided. Attitude and disposition : - Possess high standards of personal workmanship. Have good communication skills. Be able to build good working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike. Job Type : Full-time Pay : From €60,000.00 per year Additional pay : Overtime pay Experience : Gas Boiler Installation Repair & Maintenance : 1 year (required) Domestic Plumbing : 1 year (required) Licence / Certification : RGI Registration (required) Full Driving Licence (required) Work authorisation : Ireland (required) Location : Dublin, County Dublin (preferred) Benefits : Work From Home
