A leading NI based engineering firm with over 50 years spearheading innovation within the aviation industry are now looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their already established finance function.

This is a newly created role due to growth that will involve lots of commercial liaising with various business units to ensure targets are being hit.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Partner with functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial.

Prepare reports, presentations, and month-end information under tight deadlines.

Work with senior finance leaders to identify risks, reduce costs, and find opportunities for growth.

About You Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent).

Strong background in financial analysis and technical accounting.

Skilled with ERP / MRP systems and advanced Excel.

Excellent communicator, confident working with senior leaders.
