Your Role Partner directly with senior leadership, acting as the key Finance contact for the business unit.

Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting, providing clear insights across revenue, sales, margins, and costs.

Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, challenging and supporting the business to set ambitious yet achievable targets.

Support the evaluation and preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Monitor business performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and processes.

Collaborate closely with wider finance teams to achieve business objectives.

Mentor and lead direct reports as the team evolves.

Your Skills Qualified accountant with a strong academic background.

5+ years' experience in business partnering, FP&A, or financial reporting.

Commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

Track record of improving reporting processes and delivering business value.

Advanced MS Office skills and experience with management information systems.

Proactive, motivated, and adaptable, with sound decision-making ability.
