We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury hotel in Co. Wexford . This role is ideal for a CDP ready to take on more responsibility in a refined, high-standard culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a section of the kitchen and ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen porters
- Ensure all HACCP and food safety regulations are followed
- Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Work closely with Sous and Head Chefs to maintain efficiency during service
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a 4/ 5hotel or fine dining restaurantFormal culinary training or equivalent experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchenFlexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidaysEmployment Details :
