Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information. Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group. Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guests stay. What You'll Need : Excellent customer service skills. Previous reservations or reception experience Ability to work independently and take initiative. Outstanding communication skills. Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
