You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics, resolving delivery queries, and maintaining strong communication between drivers, clients, and customers. Key Responsibilities : Oversee last-mile delivery performance and ensure on-time, accurate service. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, delivery updates, and issue resolution. Liaise with drivers, depot staff, and customer service teams to coordinate deliveries efficiently. Monitor KPIs and report on service performance and operational improvements. Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational flow. Requirements : Previous experience in logistics operations or last-mile delivery coordination.
