Job Overview : We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the lighting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by building and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, architects, lighting designers, M&E consultants , and other key stakeholders in the construction and design sectors across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and design sectors (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.)
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, lighting designers, electrical contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers .
• Promote the company’s lighting products and solutions by presenting to clients and participating in specification and tender processes.
• Work closely with the technical and design teams to provide tailored lighting solutions based on project requirements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and identify leads.
• Maintain a solid pipeline of projects at various stages, from design to completion.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations , proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, project management, logistics, and after-sales support .
• Report regularly on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
