What You’ll Do
- Own F&B performance : deliver guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost control.
- Audit & improve : run regular service / quality audits; drive continuous improvements.
- Lead daily ops : ensure outlets, facilities, and equipment are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
- Drive financials : manage budgets, P&L, food & labor costs, discounts, and variance.
- Shape the offer : partner with the Head Chef on menus, pricing, recipes, and merchandising.
- Champion VIP service : align teams on reservations, arrivals, conferences, and VIP lists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally : work with Sales & Marketing on promos and in-house packages.
- Build the team : coach, recognize, and hold standards for productivity and service.
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years in a Senior F&B Operations Manager role (hotel or equivalent high-volume setting).Strong track record improving guest satisfaction, cost control, and revenue .Proven leadership : coaching, recognition, performance management, and cross-department collaboration.Commercial acumen : budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, and corrective action.Expertise in menu engineering, recipe costing, and operational efficiency.Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Perks & Benefits
